Hello everyone. This is the story of how we bought our first house. Back in 2016 it was already difficult to get into the property ladder. There's a housing shortage here in New Zealand, you need a 20% down deposit for a house and people were paying ridiculous amounts of money to secure a property. With all that being said, we managed to buy one and this is our story. Check it out.
